Zone Conference March 2014

We fixed a "Sunday Dinner" meal for 30 Elders and 4 Sisters at our Tuesday missionary Zone Conference. Elder Nielson has been missing his Sunday Dinner routine of peeling 10 kilos (over 20 lbs.) of potatoes, mashing them and making his delicious gravy, so he decided this would be a good opportunity. We roasted 20 lbs + of roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy and served peas, salad and bread.  They all had generous helpings and as is usually the case, "seconds", until every morsel of food was eaten. They were all happy guys.
